Fallout Fan Film “Fallout: Lanius” in Development Jericho Burke April 10, 2012 Indie Culture, News, Uncategorized 2 Comments Wade K. Savage, an Australian filmmaker, has announced that a high production value Fallout: New Vegas fan film, “Fallout: Lanius”, is currently in development. The film will feature Mitch Lewis, the original voice actor of Legate Lanius, as the title character. We don’t have much information on the film yet, but we do know that, along with Lewis and Savage, Simon Boxer (as a concept artist) and Jeffrey Phillips (as a graphic designer) will participate. Savage, the director, has made acclaimed short films, and has won awards for his work–most recently the ‘Independent Spirit’ award at the Night of Horror International Film Festival. Check out the film’s summary–it sounds exciting!: On the brink of ruin, the Hidebark people are about to be wiped out by the slaving organization, Caesar’s Legion. However, their most ruthless warrior would prefer death to dishonour. “FALLOUT: LANIUS” will recount how a single man brings ruin to his people due to his lust for bloodshed and victory. I can’t wait to see Fallout: Lanius. Fallout is my favorite game series of all time, and Legate Lanius’s enigmatic backstory will provide a lot of fodder for a creative filmmaker. The Fallout fanbase adores fan films like Nuka Break, so I predict this one will be a hit. What do you think? Are you excited for Fallout: Lanius?
